Cbus Super Stadium: All You Need To Know

Cbus Super Stadium is the home of the Gold Coast Titans, planted right in the centre of Robina on the Gold Coast. Opened in 2008 and purpose-built for rectangular sport, it gave the Titans - and rugby league in the region - a venue that finally matched the ambition of the club.

Positioned beside Robina Town Centre and directly next to Robina Train Station, it’s arguably one of the easiest grounds to access in the NRL. You can step off a train and be at the gate within minutes, or grab a pre-game feed across the road before walking straight into the stadium precinct. Cbus may not carry the history of older suburban grounds, but it delivers something different: modern convenience, great sightlines and a compact bowl that can feel surprisingly intense when the home side is rolling.

Rugby League on the Gold Coast

Cbus Super Stadium replaced Carrara as the Titans’ home and gave the Gold Coast a modern, rugby league–specific venue.

The stadium is often described as a ‘boutique’ version of Suncorp Stadium, designed by the same firm to feature a similar rectangular, steep-tiered bowl design that brings fans close to the action. With a 27,690 capacity, it is the home of the Gold Coast Titans and offers modern, top-tier rectangular facilities similar to its Brisbane counterpart

Beyond the NRL, the stadium has hosted Women’s State of Origin matches, international rugby league, major concerts and is set to host a number of fixtures at the 2027 Rugby World Cup.

Best Places for a Pre-Game Drink

Robina Town Centre

Directly adjacent to the stadium, Robina Town Centre is the primary pre-game hub. It offers everything from casual dining and pubs to quick takeaway options. It’s convenient, air-conditioned and ideal for families or groups meeting before kick-off.

The Sporting Globe Robina

A sports bar environment with big screens and American-style pub food. Popular for pre-game drinks and an easy transition across to the stadium.

The Glenelg Public House

A slightly more relaxed pub-style option with solid meal offerings and a comfortable setting for those wanting to settle in before heading to the ground.

Getting There

By Train

Robina Station is directly next to the stadium - one of the easiest rail connections in the league. On event days, additional services often operate, and the walk from platform to gate is only a few minutes.

By Car

There is limited on-site parking, primarily allocated to pass holders. Most fans use nearby commercial parking at Robina Town Centre or surrounding precincts. Arriving early is advised for major fixtures.

By Bus

Translink bus services connect to Robina Bus Station, located beside the train station and stadium.

Game Day at Cbus

Food & Drinks

Concourse outlets offer typical stadium fare — burgers, hot dogs, fries and beverage stations throughout the venue. The open concourse design allows easy movement, though half-time queues can build during high-attendance games.

Merchandise

Official Titans merchandise is available at stadium outlets on match days, including jerseys, caps and supporter gear.

Accessibility

Cbus Super Stadium is a modern facility with accessible seating, ramps, lifts and dedicated amenities. Companion seating is available.

Payment

The venue operates as a cashless stadium, with card and mobile payments accepted for food, beverage and merchandise.

Post-Match

Robina Town Centre

Most post-game activity flows back into the Town Centre precinct, where restaurants and bars remain the most practical option for a drink or meal.

For a broader nightlife scene, many supporters head north toward Broadbeach or Surfers Paradise, though that requires transport rather than walking distance from the stadium.

The Cbus Experience

Cbus Super Stadium blends modern convenience with coastal atmosphere. It may not carry the same historic weight as suburban league grounds, but it delivers efficiency, accessibility and a tight rectangular design that keeps fans close to the action - a purpose-built rugby league venue at the centre of the Gold Coast sporting landscape.
